2. Torso isolation. I have a lot of extraneous movement in my torso that distracts from the illusion.

I realized last night this is why Joon recommends ab & back tension. Going to have to work on this. It feels pretty awkward and forced right now.

I'm off again for the summer, this time to Panama!
Azuero, Panama
Mon, 06/20/2011 - Tue, 08/16/2011
Region:

Theme:

Length:
Central America

Environmental Health

8 weeks

In Azuero, AMIGOS partners with the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social (MIDES), the Autoridad Nacional de Ambiente (ANAM), as well as Panamá Verde to complement their ongoing community development efforts. In collaboration with MIDES and ANAM, AMIGOS Volunteers foster local youth participation in educational activities to raise awareness about the importance of the environment.  Panamá Verde works with AMIGOS to carry out workshops that focus on youth leadership and support environmental activities in host communities.

A week ago I bought my first hoop. It's a medium sized hoop with the diameter roughly equal to my arms' lengths. It's really trippy with rainbow taping that looks so dope spinning in bright light. I've been having a lot of fun with it. Tonight I just got a large collapsible hoop as well since my other hoop is very difficult to do body stuff with due to its small size. My goal is to bring a liquid influence to hooping and bring a hooping influence back to liquid. I'll be playing with these all summer. :D

Thanks Kai :)

Good news, everyone! I finally have access to decent Internet speeds for a while, so I am downloading a lot of Pretty Lights (my favorite musician) and some other music. I just bought some little portable speakers of decent quality for $14. They have no internal memory but read USB sticks and SD cards, so Imma use the SD card from my camera.
