heard about this through pwt, sorry i havent sent my condolences till now but honestly didnt know what to say...'i feel horrible' about sums it up.

though i am really glad you are trying to stay positive and stable, your stronger than i would be in that situation.

p.s. i hope the guards at whatever prison that guy goes to knows what he did so they can fuck his life on the hour, every hour

another tip runing ..........is great a simple exercise run and do liquid at the same time or tuts any hand work based dance will help ha ha ha
