I'm not going to lie as I get older, older women are looking hotter. I might take one of those old bag of bones for a spin while completely sober. I think my cut off age is around 42 though before I get grossed out now. Hard gain from anything over 30 sketching me out a few years ago.

Dear HP and other soon to be dead tablet manufacturers,

It pains me to inform you that you cannot and will not ever be able to compete with the iPad in the tablet market. It's important that you know why so that you can continue on making your traditional respective products.

No matter how much better or cheaper of a tablet you make, your sales continue to be devastated by sales of the iPad. How can this be so? The answer is simple. People who buy tablets aren't looking for functionality or pricepoint when they purchase. They are looking for a status symbol. It's like making a Ford that is faster, smoother, cheaper and gets better gas mileage than a BMW and trying to convince yuppies to buy it. Except this "cars" purpose is to be parked in front of someones home and never actually driven. The features don't matter. The pricepoints dont matter. You're competing against a functionless status symbol.

Regards,

Consumer who wants you to dedicate resources towards functional technology

I don't get the appeal of any tablet. Is it really any more convenient than a laptop?
