LOL!!!  Get 'em tough guy.  Try this one on for size.  Out of the 5 or 6 tracks you posted from B. Bravo's EP, there is only one track that has elements of dubstep.  Furthermore, you posted a Ramadanman and a Burial track; both of whom make UK Funky.  In fact, Burial's music was so different from the traditional spectrum of Dubstep and edm that that existed at the time of it's creation that new terms had to be made up just to describe it.  So, arguing what dubstep is and isn't an era when people are consistently challenging what it is classifies as nothing short of fucking stupid.  These styles of music are not black and white, but the fact that you can't pick out funk music is.  Get a god damn life and stop trolling these forums already.

what are you talking about snare on the 3 / what "constitutes" dubstep tempo? bird, seriously, do you even know what tempo is?   kick on 1 snare on 3 is just a drum arrangement, it can be done at any tempo.

dubstep's tempo is 70/140. sometimes people mess around up to 75/150, ive heard as low as 60 on rare occassion, but 99.9999999% of dubstep is made at 70/140 and if it's anywhere outside of the range of 60-75 / 120-150 it's flat out *not dubstep.*

electronic music is largely classified by tempo.  for instance, have you ever heard a drum and bass tune at 120bpm?  i'll answer for you: no, you havent.  take shy fx's nuttah, one of the most popular jungle tracks in history, slow it down to 120bpm...it's not jungle anymore.

some common tempos for reference:

house: 120-130
dubstep: 70/140 depending on how you want to time it
breaks: 130-140
dnb: 170-180 (usually 175 on the dot)
glitch-hop: 85-100
midtempo: 100-110

I realize this is off topic, buuuut...

here's a mind-bender for those whose minds fixate on 'motion' and not 'dance':
some dance styles are just as defined by their tempos as they are their motions. (ex. strutting/filmore)

you can be doing the same motion but if you aren't following the tempo of the track w/ it then you're dancing it wrong.
