Liquid Funk

So, this syle comprises a lot of what i have been listening to for the last year and half. I didn't see a thread
devoted to it, so I was hoping to get some track sharing going on.

These are some tracks (a little dated) that I really dig on!! I'm pretty familiar with most of the Hospital Records crew
, but beyond that not to much.

I'm not yet quite certain on the requirements to pigeonhole tracks as liquid funk, so please bear with me.

However, I couldn't help but think of Seba's album "Return to forever" after listening to that Trisector track.

Dude honestly, I'm not sure if I do either...lol. I don't really even like that name and just didn't know if more people would identify with it. I think in general i'm more refering to any upbeat soulful dnb that has more melodic qualites.

I really like that second Seba track you posted.

Bachlors of Science are the shit. Strings is one the best joints ever. I have been really diggin Calibre and DJ Marky lately.

This is a lot more chilled out, spacey and deep drum & bass, but very melodic and really fluid.  I dig the video a whole lot too I was like  8-o
