Mortal Kombat Rebirth

don't know if any of you were a fan of the original fighting game or not, came across this and thought it looked interesting.  Apparently it was a promo created as a pitch to a studio.  There are not any current plans on producing this movie yet.  Keyword is "yet"

I wore some sega MK out.  SNES blood was all grey and stuff.  Sega was the way to go on MK.  Too bad sega only had a couple other good games.  really hope they dont make another MK movie.

If they make the MK movie rate R and the go with this dark tone I would be all about it. But Hollywood wants to cash in on PG-13 where almost everyone can go so Probably not but I can Dream cant I, I can dream

I love the first film, but the second one almost killed the franchise. I think Warner Bros may just take the film since this is meant to be a pitch. The last time they took a franchise that had one film that was a mistake, they got Batman Begins.

I will slay anyone in the arcade version of Ultimate MK 3. That and Killer Instinct were the games to play!!
