tWitch
Ask any top choreographer and they will tell you that Stephen "tWich" Boss is one of the most highly sought after dancers in the industry. After his appearance on Fox's hit TV show "So You Think You Can Dance" his dance career exploded. He landed the lead roll in Stomp the Yard 2 and was largely featured in Step Up 3d. tWitch has also been chosen to be one of Gatorade's featured dancers for their new energy line. tWitch's talent, knowledge, humble attitude and loving personality has made him one of the most respected dancers out there. Who better to judge an "All Styles" battle then tWitch himself. We are honored to have him be a part of our first battle here at Jamz Dance Center.

LOKO
Ben Gonzales aka "Loko" started his dancing career in 1993. He began dancing in local Baltimore clubs and became quickly a "Baltimore Club" style dancer (a style unique to Baltimore). After realizing he had a passion for dance, he began training in Breaking, Popping, and Locking. In 1996 Ben joined the well known dance crew Deadly Venoms. With the crew, Ben had the opportunity to perform as the opening act for a number of Hip Hop artists such as Big Daddy Kane, Rakim, KRS-ONE, Chubb Rock, Special Ed, Talib Kweli, and many others. In 2001 Ben's career as a graphic designer was put on hold when he started receiving overwhelming response to his talent, and he began to teach classes and workshops at many studios in Maryland. Ben has been inspired by many dancers, but his main inspiration comes from the history and pioneers of bboy and funk styles. He's been fortunate to have trained with some of the greatsest dancers of our time, such as Don "Campbellock" Campbell, Fred "Rerun" Berry, and Mr. Wiggles.
RELIC
Lucas "Relic" Johnson has been a social dancer most his adult life. As a member of the Liquid Pop Collective and Lockism, Lucas has been trained in various forms of funk styles and freestyle movements that have stemmed from the electronic music scene; from Liquid & Digitz to Locking. Relic is well known in the Baltimore area (and beyond) for his clean lines, funky demeanor and rubberbandish character. He is and always will be an advocate for dope movement regardless of style.
Lucas is now the founder of Dark Matter. A collective group of artists whose dedication is focused towards the advancement and awareness of dances found, derived from and/or connected to the electronic music dance scene. It their hope that awareness can be achieved through event production, workshops, specialty projects and other means of artistic expression that give homage to the electronic music dance scene and the people within it.
