So we are well on our way to hosting the next Conference here in Baltimore, MD. Making moves in hopes to continue the success of the first one, as well as elevate the talent, quality and material as much as we can. I had some thoughts on how this one would go down but wanted to hear your thoughts/opinions/voice/bitchings about them.

A LOT of people go out of town on Thanksgiving weekend to see loved ones. The Saturday after Thanksgiving is a date I am toying with... Would you be willing to come that weekend? If not what season works best? Fall again? End of summer?

I'm not sure what PWT spent last year, or how much in the hole he was from throwing the event but bottom line is that EVERYTHING costs money. And the more luxurious things cost more money. Is say $10 or $20 an unreasonable thing to ask for access to the panels,classes, etc? My hope is to pull in some talent many people would love to hear from that might not otherwise have access to, venue upgrade, etc. Like what if I had someone like Poppin John and Shockalock teach/speak? No bash on who was there last year, just trying to up the ante.
