I'd give bonebreaks a shot if I was younger. But it seems like the risk of injury is too high for myself. And plus I remember reading somewhere that after age 28 you shouldn't attempt to learn this contortion.

thanks for the clips bird. since i can dislocate my left shoulder at will (without pain), im gonna try stretching it to see if i can go further with it. fingers crossed.

I wonder what the long term effects of doing something like this are?

Supposedly the ligaments return to normal from what I've rad, but there has to be some kind of long term degeneration.

great post bird! i didn't realise the shoulder actually pops outta the joint. No way am I doin that! Vin Diesel can do that did u see Pitch Black?

I'm guessing that some part of the shoulder girdle could get permanently fatigued by all that poppin in and outta place...  but then again some people smoke until they are 90 so there must be exceptions.

I was developing a threading/connect style of liquid in 2008 that didn't require all this bone breaking, but it had the same kind of freedom and I was able use the legs, move in and outta the ground etc. it was pretty cool.
