Accidental \ninpo

sometimes when i am doing my digitz/ finger tutt move like structure i cast high level ninpo, anyone else having similar prblem cannot find solvetion???? tips advice need plz. esp. regard fire seal and air seal ??? cannot do air seal right without cast elemental
