keep it up man , full body geometric style is hard to achive most of tutters flexers and vogers do this from hed down to the chest ,(also the LPEric clip is sick i used to see in raves lots of vogers they always had their on spot in some raves), and ya it is really hard to incorporate the entire body , also is a separte style of popping it has its on techiques a lot of dancers do not understand it .

take Yoga! I've been inspired from some of the poses I do in class and it's good for the dance too. You gain flexibility, mobility, strength and ideas.

i recommend an instructor to show you the poses, because you don't want to hurt yourself, he/she can properly show you and fully benefit the stretch from the pose.
