This is a project i put together in the last few weeks using amateur photos taken of DizzyD.  Hopefully these skills will be put to use in future video projects. :)

Nice!  Favorite was dizzy balancing on the edge of the stairs w/ her arms out.  good work!

thanks guys.

Favorite was dizzy balancing on the edge of the stairs w/ her arms out.

that was the final one for the project and i decided to make a gif out of it.  i really like this one because i was able to use the real depth of field calculations using AE's virtual camera.  this allowed the concrete she's standing on to retain a fall-off on the lens blur so that as the focal point was approached, things became less blurred.  it's subtle but i think it makes all the difference for the illusion.
