I have recently been very active on youtube and i highly recommend it to get in touch with others about what a great site this is. So starting this topic into a thing of interest what do you consider basic liquid footwork.. a video or tutorial would be the preferred response to this question

hmmmm....good question.  my footwork includes but is not limited to floats, glides, jacking, and raver stomp aka wookie aka raver kick step.  the first 3 jacked from when from the very start of my liquid from LPE.  Of course LPE did not originate these styles of footwork but i think he is 1 of the best at mixing them with liquid.

From what I been told there's no footwork for liquid, but other styles were used to apply to it like Chris says. That's one reason why Ive been told to you learn other styles.. ie housing.

I ended up writing a blogpost about this topic since it's been tackled so many times with few new answers. Check it here: http://floasis.net/community/blogs/post/28

Eventually I want to get around to making a footwork tutorial with basic footwork and advanced footwork for liquid. What do you think the most important things that need to be explained Michael?

in the past 6 months I've broke a lot of ground with this in a variety of ways.  I hope during the winter months to put up some clipage to show peoples but I still feel it needs a little work.

I've been working on two things though...

Firstly floats & glides with liquid
 and then
Just straight up foot work and all the varieties there are

Been getting some subtle nods of improvement from some fellow dancers, so I feel I'm on a good path, but hopefully soon ya'll can be the judge.
